Workplace culture surveys
We specialise in conducting comprehensive workplace culture surveys. Our goal is to help charities understand their current culture, identify strengths and areas for improvement, and foster a more engaging and inclusive work environment. We make recommendations utilising employee feedback and sector best practices, helping you to drive positive change within your charity.
Values refreshing
We help charities refresh their values to align with their current goals and culture. Our team works closely with you to identify core beliefs and principles that resonate with your mission. We facilitate workshops and discussions that foster engagement and ensure that your values are not just statements, but a living part of your charity.
Board and senior leadership training: Building an anti oppression culture
As part of our anti- oppression training we facilitate an honest conversation with the board of trustees and the senior leadership team of your charity. Areas of focus include: power and privilege; representation; anti-oppression practices; and, strategic changes that can be made to help establish a more diverse, inclusive and welcoming culture.
Culture change consultancy work
We collaborate with each charity identifying unique cultural challenges and delving into the root causes behind them. We are dedicated to helping you create a robust and actionable plan for achieving meaningful culture change. Our bespoke services are designed to assess your current culture through an anti oppression lens and facilitate a transformative journey towards your desired culture.
Lived experience governance
We offer comprehensive lived experience governance workshops and consultancy services designed to support people with lived expertise onto boards. Our workshops provide valuable and practical skills, fostering a deeper understanding of diverse perspectives and equipping boards with the knowledge they need to safely and confidently integrate trustees with lived experience.
Lived experience leadership (pathways)
We help charities create pathways to leadership for staff with lived experience, that includes structured training, development and mentoring support. We help your organisation to build the capacity of new and aspiring senior leaders. Our approach ensures that diverse perspectives are valued and utilised, empowering those with lived experiences to take charge and lead the way.
